Minimum hire 1 week (2 weeks during NSW Xmas holidays).

Hire is for private use only. Minimum age 25 years

Booking fee 25% of total rental required at time of booking.

For bookings made less than three months in advance. Cancellations with more than 28 Days notice will be entitled to a refund of booking fee. Cancellations with less than 28 days notice will forfeit the booking fee.

For bookings made more than three months in advance. Cancellations with more than 90 Days notice will be entitled to a refund of booking fee. Cancellations with less than 90 but more than 28 days notice will forfeit half the booking fee. Cancellations with less than 28 days notice will forfeit the booking fee.

Security deposit $1000, to be paid at pickup of hire Tvan.

Return of $1000 security deposit, less any costs**, to be returned to Hirer within 10  working days of return of hire Tvan.

HireTvan must be returned to pick-up point, or pre-arranged location by 12 noon on agreed day. Recovery from any other place will be charged out at $250 per day plus recovery costs.

HireTvan is to be cleaned to the standard displayed at the time of pick up otherwise a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.

Loss or damage of any sort must be reported to PBS Hire on 02 49547949 before any repair/replacement can be authorised.

Any tyre repair or replacement is the responsibility of the Hirer. Any tyre replacement must be of approved type.THE HIRER MUST Contact PBS Hire on 02 49547949 before replacing any tyres.

Extension of hire only by prior arrangement before return date. Any extension of hire will be at normal hire rates.

Any late returns will be charged at $250 per day.

No Smoking or Pets in the trailer.
